We deliver our products worldwide - excluded are some islands and overseas territories.

Shipping

Germany

We deliver within Germany usually with our partners DHL and Deutsche Post - also at parcel stations .

  • We charge a flat rate of 3,51 € incl. VAT per order.
  • From an order value of 50,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

European Union

We usually deliver within the EU with our partners DHL and Deutsche Post.

  • We charge a flat rate of 11,84 € incl. VAT per order.
  • From an gross order value of 250,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Worldwide

Please ask for the shipping costs for the respective destination country - we will provide you with an indiviual offer.

Return

Please send any returned goods to AQcomputare GmbH, Retoure Service Team, Hauptstraße 40, 09337 Callenberg, Germany.

Revocation

If you as a consumer would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note the information in our AGB as well as under Right of withdrawal
The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.

Complaint

If you have received faulty, defective or incorrect goods, please contact us.
So that we can process your request quickly: Please always give us the invoice number as well as an email address and a telephone number, under which we can reach you on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. if you have any questions.

Transport damage

As the recipient, please check the consignment for external damage upon receipt!
If shipments are delivered with obvious, external transport damage (torn cardboard box, dents, water damage, etc.), you refuse to accept the shipment. Transport damage is not handled by us, but by the responsible transport company. In the event of transport damage detected subsequently, please contact the respective transport company immediately and contact us.

Our logistics partners DHL and Deutsche Post ask you to observe these three points:

  • In the event of obvious damage to the parcel, refuse to accept the parcel with reference to the damage.
  • In the event of hidden transport damage (recognized after acceptance of the parcel), bring the damaged parcel to the nearest post office within 7 days, including the original box, so that a postal worker can record the damage. In general, you have the choice of having the goods returned to you or sending them back to us.
  • It is not possible to send the defective parcel to us and DHL does not recognize it as transport damage. Therefore, in your own interest, we would like to urgently ask you to adhere to the procedure described.
