As the recipient, please check the consignment for external damage upon receipt!
If shipments are delivered with obvious, external transport damage (torn cardboard box, dents, water damage, etc.), you refuse to accept the shipment. Transport damage is not handled by us, but by the responsible transport company. In the event of transport damage detected subsequently, please contact the respective transport company immediately and contact us.
